Steve has authored and overseen key publications including the UK Household Plastics Collection Survey and Plastic Sorting & Reprocessing Infrastructure Reports, delivering independent analysis that informs stakeholders, policymakers, and industry decisions. His expertise spans recycling systems, strategic interventions, consumer behaviour change, and packaging and waste regulations.
