Space Only Stands - Raw space only
Exhibitors must appoint a stand builder to construct their stand. Stand plans, including the Construction Phase Plan (CPP) and Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS), must be submitted to Essential Events for approval by April 2026.

Important Travel Notice

All visitors travelling from overseas, will now be required to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the UK (excl. British and Irish citizens).

You can find more information and how to apply on the UK Government website. This new system will be in place for Interplas 2026.
