In-house masterbatch production gives us complete colour control and we have the capability to test moulded samples for impact strength, tensile strength, density and weathering.
Our latest extrusion line utilises an advanced feed system to integrate multiple constituents, and underwater pelletising enables the consistent processing of a huge variety of polymers. These include: PPCO, PPHO, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, PET, PETG, PBT, ABS, SAN, HIPS, GPPS, PA6, PA66, TPE, TPU, PLA, EVA, PMMA, ASA, PC, PC/ABS and various biopolymers.
