Turnkey M - modular machine for laser welding of larger plastic parts

The ready-to-use Turnkey M complements the compact Turnkey S for larger plastic parts.

Thanks to the modular machine concept, the Turnkey M can be delivered in many different configuration fitting the plastic parts to weld, the desired process type, and additional customer requirements.

The large workstation is also based on the "Modula" components and offers the same functionalities as the Turnkey S (see above). The Turnkey M can weld components up to 470x470 mm with axis system and up to 350x350 mm with scanner.

The laser and control system are housed in the base of the workstation so that accessibility in the welding area to the clamping unit, motion system and optics can be optimally ensured in the upper section of the Turnkey M.

The large 22-inch touchscreen monitor allows ergonomic operation in the graphical user interface.

For feeding the workpieces, the Turnkey M can be configured with a drawer or rotary indexing table. With customer-specific adaptations, a transfer system with workpiece carriers can also be integrated through the machine.
