Aero2 PLT® ULTRA

The Aero2 PLT ULTRA is a full pellet dry ice blaster that offers greater blasting pressure. This machine can blast at up to 250 PSI (17.2 bar) with a feed rate of up to 6 lb/min (2.7 kg/min), providing more than enough power to remove the most stubborn contaminants. Configuring this machine with any combination of our proprietary nozzles can optimize your blast setup for the highest performance on the market.

The PLT ULTRA utilizes Aero advancements that enable the machines to be the most efficient dry ice blasters available. With a ‘straight through’ air system and redesigned SureFlow™ feeding system, air pressure loss and dry ice sublimation are minimized within the machine. This allows the user to maximize air supply yield and reduce dry ice waste.
