The PVC crusher is driven by an electric motor that rotates the movable blade holder at high speed. The relative shearing action between the movable blades and the fixed blades breaks large pieces of material into uniform flakes, while the discharge screen controls the particle size of the output. It is suitable for crushing various medium-hard PVC materials such as sheets, small pipes, plastic-steel profiles, resin tiles, wall panels, ceiling panels, pipes, SPC/WPC flooring, and special-shaped profiles.
