CJ Tool & Mouldings designs and manufactures injection mould tools, supporting projects from early-stage development through to full production. We produce both aluminium tooling, ideal for prototype and low-volume applications, and steel tooling for higher-volume, long-term production requirements.
Our capabilities range from simple open-and-shut tools through to more complex multi-cavity and technical tooling, including insert moulding, overmoulding and hydraulic core systems. With tool design, manufacture, modification and repair, we work closely with customers to ensure tools are engineered for performance, reliability and ease of manufacture throughout the product lifecycle.
