Strong Growth from Integrated Capabilities
In 2025, JBRplas achieved 75% year-on-year sales growth, far above industry averages. The company’s integrated capabilities – mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, surface finishing, and assembly – drove this success. The mold workshop recorded the highest growth, and management stressed its critical role in enabling stable, scalable production.
aHigher Productivity & 2026 Target
Output per employee exceeded the industry benchmark in 2025, thanks to investments in equipment, process optimization, and training. For 2026, JBRplas set a clear target: RMB 90 million in annual sales. With half of injection molding capacity still available, the company plans to unlock growth through better capacity utilization and stable monthly planning.
