GO Manufacturing Group is a group of companies offering a comprehensive plastic manufacturing service. We provide plastic fabrication, rotational moulding and vacuum forming services based from our four industrial units in Sheffield totalling over 33’000 sq ft of production space.
Established for over 40 years, we pride ourselves on the very best quality and attentive service. Amongst our many capabilities and services, we offer the following specific manufacturing services:
- Rotational moulding - 6 machines, largest being 4500mm long x 2000mm wide
- PLC controlled automatic foam filling machine
- Vacuum forming - 4 machines (the 2 largest machines are 4600mm x 1600 mm x 700 mm deep & 3000mm x 2000mm x 650mm deep)
- Plastic welding in all disciplines to BS EN 13067. All our plastic fabricators are qualified and certified by CSWIP accreditation, one of only a handful of companies to hold this certification in the UK
- Tank & vessels designed & manufactured to BS EN 12573 using the latest RITA 6.0 design software.
- Computer drawing packages & design capability
- Butt & socket fusion of plastic pipe & fittings
- Automated PLC controlled butt welding of plastic sheet up to 3000mm x 50mm thick (two machines)
- 4 Hot wire line bending machines, bending plastic sheet up to 3000mm long
- Acrylic flame & abrasion polishing machines
- 3 Axis and 5 Axis CNC routing (5 machines) with a capacity of 3300mm x 2440mm x 650 Z
- Roller press
- Hand & C.N.C router trimming
- Pre drying oven for such plastic sheet materials such as ABS & Polycarbonate prior to vacuum forming
- Compression gluing press 5000mm x 1600mm
- Full in-house assembly and testing of products including electrical testing
- In house sheet metal rotational mould tool making and metal fabrication and welding
- In house jig & pattern making workshop
