For Vacuum Forming, we provide everything from prototyping through to full-scale production, including in-house tooling for both Ureol (prototype tools) and aluminium (production tools). All components are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

For Injection Moulding, we manufacture both rapid prototype and production-intent tools in-house, using either mild or hardened steel. Your project can then be seamlessly taken through to full-scale production using our new fleet of injection moulding machines, which range from 60 to 320 tonnes in press size.
