Founded in 1987 and based in the North West of England, we are Foilco, a globally recognised specialist in hot stamping foils for the print, packaging and creative industries.

With over 35 years of experience, we combine deep technical expertise with a collaborative, design-led approach. We work closely with designers, printers and brands to explore and push the creative potential of foil as both a decorative and functional medium.

Our portfolio spans a wide spectrum of metallic, pigment, holographic and speciality foils, available in hundreds of shades and finishes. From subtle detailing to bold, high-impact surfaces, our materials are designed to enhance print through texture, reflectivity and precision across paper, board, textiles, plastics and more.

Recently Foilco has been acquired by Washin, a high-quality Japanese plastics foil manufacturer adding their range of foils to the Foilco brand. These foils are suitable for all plastic applications including PS, PP, ABS, HDPE as well as UV tubes.

The foils have excellent abrasion & alcohol resistance.

Beyond our products, we are committed to supporting the creative community. Through sampling, testing and hands-on guidance, we help bridge the gap between concept and production, enabling ideas to be realised with confidence.

Sustainability is central to our approach. As a certified B Corp, we are continually working to reduce our environmental impact, with initiatives such as ZeroFoil2Landfill and ongoing advancements in recyclability.
