Child Company(s)

CoolingCare GmbH

Bydgoszcz, Poland
Hall 11 | J68

COOLINGCARE manufactures devices for monitoring and managing the efficiency of cooling systems in injection molds.

Thans to the patented technology using bi-directional, dynamic pulsation generating the controlled cavitation phenomenon our machines reach cleaning dynamics several times higher than classic cleaning methods based on rotary and diaphragm pumps. This allows us to reduce the cleaning time and use less agressive cleaning agents.

Mouldflo

Mouldflo develop and produce solutions to secure effective monitoring of mould cooling channels and mould cooling circuits. As a result, you will be able to optimise both your production and your work processes by making data-driven decisions.

Too often blocked waterways and incorrect machine settings result in the loss of thousands of dollars and wasted resources in the plastic industry. That is why, manufacturers need a solution that gives them an overview and control of the parameters, affecting their production.

Mouldflo offers the necessary technology to analyse and control what is happening inside the moulds of the entire production. Our solutions allow our customers to be ahead of any maintenance issues or potential production optimisations.

Flow Monitoring System

Mouldflo’s Flow Monitoring System monitors in real-time how efficient the cooling is in each individual mould cooling channel in an accurate, easy-to-understand and user-friendly monitoring way.

The system gives you data on cooling temperature, flow rate, pressure loss, as well as heat removal and heat loss for each cooling channel of the mould. With this insight, the production can be kept stable, effective, and well-documented. And importantly the monitoring will typically lead to a 20-30% reduction in energy use.

This means effective management and control of the production translated into shortened production start-up, lowest cooling cycle-time, low scrap and lowest amount of water, pump and cooling/heating spent per produced plastic item. In addition the system acts as a predictive maintenance tool.

Mouldflo’s system is available both as permanently installed and as a mobile unit.

Test-Rig

The Mouldflo Test-Rig is an irriplaceable tool for efficient quality assurance.

The Test-rig offers you a unique way to simulate a production setup and ensure the quality of your moulds.

Equipped with its own water tank, pump, manifold and a full software setup, the Test-Rig allows you to document, validate and maintain your moulds by testing them in a practical all-in-one tool.

MouldLive

MouldLive allows companies to get a complete remote surveillance and control of their production hall – with all data gathered in one place and accessible from anywhere.

MouldLive is an add-on to the existing Mouldflo product line and is therefore easy to implement into installations already in place.

Mouldflo also offers a calibration unit

With a calibration unit from Mouldflo you can validate any sensor in your system.

The calibration unit is a necessary tool for you if you need to make sure your flow is always accurate.

Over time, the flow rate can change due to dirt and calcifications in the filters and hoses.

So if you need to make sure that the flow is as it’s required, you need a calibration unit.
