About

Ebble Group offer two distinct business areas - Tantec-UK manufacture and supply surface treatment equipment to the UK and Ireland and Ebble Manufacturing offer contract surface treatment and manufacturing from our Worcestershire factory. Both sides of the business utilise advanced Plasma and Corona Surface Treatment Systems which are used for improving and enhancing material surfaces to improve adhesion of inks, coatings, adhesives, tapes and other bonding processes. The systems use no solvents, chemicals or abrasives and are both environmentally friendly to use as well as having sensible running costs without additional consumables. Treatment of polymers, most frequently Polypropylene, is common across a range of industries and is an alternative to processes such as abrading and priming. Using plasma allows you to choose your material or bonding systems without compromise. Adhesion to polypropylene, PEEK, polyethylene, PTFE and nylon is made easy, and repeatable after treatment. Standard and custom machines available, or sub-contract treatment to help support any size project. Lab and engineering support available alongside quality testing systems Contact Angle and Dyne Test Inks. To help start any project, speak with us for your free surface energy and material report.
