The screw is the ‘heart’ of the machine and by replacing (‘transplanting’) this key component with one of our designs it is possible to improve both productivity and product quality.

Our screws offer higher throughput and also improved mixing and process stability.

The patented Posi-Melt™ screw, for example, is designed as a Multi-Purpose screw, enabling you still to process a range of resins, but with reduced screw back time, improved mixing and greater process consistency.
